What You’ll Do:

• Manage client caseloads and develop behavior plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide feedback/training
• Conduct assessments and oversee treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and other providers
• Lead a student assistant to support PM duties

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
