Clinical Director (BCBA) – Ruby ABA

Ruby ABA is seeking a passionate, experienced, and mission-aligned Clinical Director to join our leadership team! What You’ll Do as Clinical Director:

Lead clinical oversight for your assigned clinic, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality ABA services.
Supervise and support BCBAs and RBTs, fostering their growth through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Maintain a small caseload, modeling excellence in clinical practice and family communication.
Oversee initial assessments, reassessments, and programming for clients across your clinic.
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and payer requirements.
Collaborate with operations leadership to uphold efficient scheduling and service delivery.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and clinical training of new team members.
Promote a strong, values-driven culture through example and mentorship.

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification and Ohio COBA license required
Demonstrated leadership ability — formal supervisory experience preferred
Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical judgment and comfort making data-based decisions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to undergo a background check

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 35 lbs
Able to perform gross and fine motor activities including kneeling, squatting, and sitting on the floor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
