Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-LBA) to join our team in a full-time in-clinic role. This position involves working directly with children and families at our clinic, focusing on developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans to ensure the highest quality of care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians while maintaining a hands-on approach to client care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
  • Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA or LBA certification (Required).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
