Position: Assistant Clinical Program Director Location: Crownsville, Maryland  Work Environment:  Teen Residential Treatment Center Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 Annual Salary + Full Time Benefits  Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision | Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance 401k Program with up to a 5% Match Flexible PTO and Paid Floating Holidays A collaborative and supportive community of therapists and team members  A company culture that prioritizes diversity, inclusion and equity for clients and staff  Professional growth opportunities   Position Overview: The Assistant Clinical Program Director supports the Clinical Director in overseeing the daily operations and clinical activities within our multi-house Teen Residential Treatment facility. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality client care, efficient workflow, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Assistant Clinical Director will also take on a leadership role in fostering professional development, improving clinical processes, and maintaining a positive, client-centered environment   Success Factors for the Role:  Clinical Leadership and Supervision: The ability to lead and supervise clinical staff effectively, ensuring adherence to treatment standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines. Program Development and Implementation: Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing treatment programs and curricula that align with evidence-based practices and the specific needs of young adult clients. Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: A deep understanding of regulatory standards and the ability to ensure that the program complies with all relevant guidelines and requirements. Communication and Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to foster a supportive environment, maintain consistent communication with staff, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of therapists and healthcare professionals. Recruitment and Staff Development: Competence in recruiting, hiring, and developing clinical staff, ensuring that team members meet professional standards and are continuously supported in their roles for optimal client care.     Training & Experience: Licensed Practitioner in the state of Maryland (or outside state with the ability to transfer) is required (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C). Board approved Supervisor All staff must be CPR Certified prior to beginning employment Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, and/or partial hospitalization (“PHP”) setting Minimum of 3+ years of clinical supervisory experience.
