Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care, all in accordance with laws, regulations, and Sunrise policies to promote quality care. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Support Sunrise's Mission, Principles of Service, and Core Values, emphasizing the sacred value of human life. Administer medications and treatments following safety standards and documentation protocols. Maintain confidentiality and report resident concerns appropriately. Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and inventory of medications and supplies. Assist residents in maintaining independence and dignity. Participate in team meetings and care planning. Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents. Contribute to team success and participate in training and engagement activities. Qualifications Licensed nurse credential (LPN, LVN, or equivalent). Maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid). Minimum age 18; experience with seniors preferred.
