- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors using ABA principles.
- Conduct functional assessments and functional analysis when clinically warranted.
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations for adjustments, and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
- Assist the Clinic Director in overseeing daily clinic operations, including scheduling and staff coordination.
- Conduct session note audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff members to uphold clinic standards.
- Lead staff trainings to promote professional development and maintain service excellence.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, addressing operational or clinical concerns.
- Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification and NC LBA (if applicable by state).
- Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
- Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain).
- Previous ABA experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Comfortable providing in-home services when needed.
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
