DigiPsych is a well-established psychiatric practice that is based out of New Jersey. DigiPsych is primarily virtual only appointments, with one brick and mortar office in Arizona. We utilize psychotherapy and medication management to improve the overall health of people with mental disorders/substance abuse issues.

Pay 85.00 per hour this is a 1099 position and candidate must provide own malpractice insurance

Job Type: Part time position, completely remote

Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday evening hours ( can pick which days but must remain consistent) Weekends

Ideal Candidate:

· Experience working with substance abuse patients (must have Suboxone waiver)

· experience working in a psychiatric out-patient facility

· Experience working with diverse patient population

· Must be willing to work with children, adolescents and adults

· Friendly and caring demeanor

· Ability to follow DigiPsych policies and procedures

Qualifications:

· Advanced Practice Nurse Practioner Certification and PMHNP

· Valid NP license in Florida, NY, CO or WI dual licensure a plus we are seeking providers in all of the mentioned states.

· DEA certification (schedule 3)

* CAQH setup for insurance credentialing purposes

· Must have Suboxone Waiver

· Able to meet the credentialing requirements of clients and your assigned facility

· Able to become credentialed with Medicare and other payors as necessary. You will be credentialed through Headway, our 3rd party billing company

Job Description

The PMHNP will play an instrumental role within our growing practice. You will be responsible for supporting patients through initial psych evaluations of their current mental state, identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment to manage and overcome their presenting issues.

Responsibilities:

*Maintain timely patient documentation through our EHR system (Tebra) Must be completed in 48 hours

* Prescribe psychiatric medication and treatment and monitor care and progress towards treatment goals

* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses and treatment of patients in Arizona

*Works in collaboration with all staff to ensure patient satisfaction

Knowledge of:

· Standard and practice in psychiatry including diagnosis of mental disorders

· Evidence-based treatment for mental disorders/substance abuse

· Performance management and Continuous Quality Improvement

Skilled in:

· Array of psychiatric treatments including psycho-pharmacology, diagnosis and treatment of serious psychiatric conditions and substance abuse diagnoses

· Interpreting and evaluating laboratory tests

· Written and verbal communication skills, experience in leading a multidisciplinary team

· Time management

· Decision making

· Problem solving and conflict resolution
