- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and patient admissions

RCPC is a psychiatric hospital exclusively for children and adolescents ages 11 - 18 from the Hudson Valley Region. Located in Orangeburg, NY, RCPC provides an intensive, family-based inpatient psychiatric treatment program with the goal of returning children to their families with minimal disruption. RCPC serves youth coming from hospital emergency rooms and youth transferred from acute care hospitals in the Hudson Valley area. This position is eligible for a downstate adjustment of $4,000.NOTE:
1. If you are appointed and you lose the ability to bill through Medicare and Medicaid, you may be terminated from your employment.3. Continued employment as a Psychiatrist 1 (Children and Youth) or Psychiatrist 2 (C&Y) is dependent upon current licensure to practice medicine and in the case of Psychiatrist 1 (Children and Youth) or Psychiatrist 2 (Children and Youth), current certification in child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Loss of licensure and certification may result in removal from this position.Some positions may require additional credentials or a background check to verify your identity.
