Our behavior technicians work under the guidance and supervision of a clinical supervisor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- implementing a treatment plan utilizing concepts of applied behavior analysis
- working with patients/clients in their homes, in the clinic, or over telehealth
- guiding and coaching parents regarding their child's treatment/behavior intervention plan
- collecting and graphing data on behavior reduction and skill acquisition targets daily
- driving to and between patient/client homes (mileage and drive time are paid)
- working with the clinical supervisor on special assignments (as assigned)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Education or training in psychology, early childhood education, education, social work, or other related field
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Bi-lingual: Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries (required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.79 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
