As a BCBA Therapist, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You'll work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to foster positive behavioral outcomes and support developmental progress.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and develop customized behavior intervention plansSupervise and train RBTs, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocolsProvide ongoing evaluation, data analysis, and clinical updatesCollaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency across environmentsMonitor client progress and adjust interventions as neededQualifications:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification requiredLicensed (or eligible) in the state of MichiganAt least 1 year of ABA experience preferredStrong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a passion for helping childrenWhat's Offered:Competitive salary: $77,000 - $85,000, based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTOSupportive clinical leadership and career development opportunitiesPositive work culture focused on collaboration, compassion, and client successReady to Apply?
