Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest Behavioral Healthcare Groups in Bakersfield, CA, to recruit a Full-Time Employed Adult Psychiatrist. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-structured, multidisciplinary team in a dedicated behavioral health setting.Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Inpatient)
Patient Population: Adults across high- and low-acuity units, including an ISD unit
Strong Support System:

IOP Program in place.
Full social work and treatment team (meets 2x weekly).
PMHNP support for med checks.
Call: Shared weekend coverage (daytime admissions only no overnight call).
7on/7off or 14on/14off available

Compensation & Benefits:

W-2 Employed Position (1099 option available if preferred).
"All-in" compensation package (no at-risk incentives).
6 weeks of PTO.
Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) through private insurance.
