Part-Time LMSW Opportunity: Paid Hybrid Clinical Training Program
Location: Manhattan (Upper West Side, 10024) | Hybrid (In-Person + Telehealth)
Compensation: Up to $2,000/month | Flexible Schedule

Therapy24x7 LCSW PLLC is excited to welcome Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to join our paid, part-time clinical training program — a unique opportunity tailored for early-career social workers who are passionate about mental health and ready to grow.

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to gain valuable hands-on experience, build toward your LCSW, and receive high-quality supervision while working with a supportive and collaborative clinical team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy to high-functioning young adults
• Maintain a consistent caseload (~20 clients/week or 80+ sessions/month)
• Deliver care in a hybrid format: in-person sessions 2–3 days/week (Upper West Side office) + remote sessions as needed
• Participate in a 2,900-hour structured clinical training program
• Receive weekly one-on-one supervision with an experienced LCSW
• Implement evidence-based practices and integrate feedback from supervisors
• Complete timely documentation in line with NY State requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Active LMSW license in New York State
• MSW degree from an accredited social work program
• At least 1 year of clinical experience, including internships or postgrad hours
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a dynamic team environment
• Available for a minimum of 20 sessions per week
• Able to maintain supplemental income (this is a part-time training role)
