Part-Time BCBA (1099) – In-Home ABA with Mentorship and Flexibility

About the Role

We’re seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, independently owned ABA practice in South Bend, Indiana (with flexibility to serve Elkhart).

This practice was launched with support from Headstart and is led by a BCBA who values mentorship, high-quality care, and a flexible, team-centered approach. As the caseload grows, she’s looking for another BCBA to provide in-home ABA therapy with full clinical autonomy and strong support behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA therapy
  • Supervise RBTs and support their ongoing development
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with funding sources
  • Collaborate with families and team members to support meaningful progress
  • Show up with creativity and joy—therapy here includes silliness, creativity and human connection.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and Indiana state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical integrity
  • Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload
  • Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and values-aligned care

Compensation and Details

  • Pay: $70–$80/hour (1099 contractor)
  • Schedule: 15–20 hours/week, you set your availability (flexible and room to grow!)
  • Location: In-home sessions in North Bend and Elkhart, Indiana
  • Support: Administrative and operational support provided through Headstart-- You focus on providing care!
