Our diverse and supportive team includes psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists who collaborate to promote healing, growth, and well-being. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing medications, and providing ongoing support to patients with a wide range of mental health conditions. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity suited for a dedicated clinician who values teamwork and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric assessments and medication management
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to develop treatment plans
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in California
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient psychiatric care (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: 8–20 hours per week based on your availability
• Flexible scheduling – daytime, evening, or weekend hours available
• Competitive hourly rate or per-session pay (commensurate with experience)
