Responsibilities
- Build an efficient customer response module using modern technology and internal team.
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Work with different teams in designing the sites and marketing plan to anticipate possible customer dissatisfaction and customer contacts at the time or after purchase.
- Hire, train and manage Customer Care team who are exceptionally customer satisfaction focused.
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Do periodic reporting to the management on the performance
- Work constantly to improve the ratio – customer satisfaction and cost to achieve satisfaction.
- Adhere to and manage the approved budget
Skills
- Proven successful working experience as a Customer Service Manager,
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English and good ability to understand different accents.
- Strong knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Work from office 5 days a week.
