Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients achieve their mental health goals and is committed to working with diverse populations. This position has a variable schedule with an emphasis on full-time scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to a diverse client population.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and clinic requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes PMHNPs.
• Participate in educational staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Utilize culturally sensitive approaches in therapy to meet the needs of bilingual clients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Active Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
