• Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients.

• Contract Details:
• Contract length- 13 wks/40hrs per week
• Shift : 9am-5pm M-F
• Pay Range: $60 to $70/hr
• Facility : Jacobi Medical Center
• Location: 1400 Pelham Parkway South, Bronx, NY - 10461

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' mental health concerns.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
Provide crisis management and intervention when necessary.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources.
Supervise and mentor social work interns.

Skills:

• 1 year LMSW experience
• LMSW candidate to have hospital experience

Education:

• Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
