Summary

As a Licensed Therapist, you will be essential in delivering high-quality mental health care and support to clients, focusing on behavioral therapy and patient assessment. Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in medical documentation and HIPAA compliance to ensure effective treatment plans. Your premium expertise in psychotherapy and crisis intervention will enable you to address diverse client needs, including those with PTSD and developmental disabilities. By fostering a compassionate and therapeutic environment, you will contribute significantly to the overall well-being of individuals and families in our care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to patients and their families, particularly in inpatient settings.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in behavioral health.
