This hourly position is for conducting initial assessments only. This will take place in the client's home. This is a travel position throughout the state of Maryland. Maryland LBA required.

Role Description:

This is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position located in Arizona. As a BCBA at Blue ABA, you will be responsible for providing ABA therapy to individuals with ASD, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training staff, and monitoring treatment progress. Your expertise and dedication will positively impact the lives of our patients and their families.

We are seeking friendly and passionate BCBAs who are committed to delivering superb at-home care. Blue ABA is committed to our staff and is searching for BCBAs for a long-term working relationship.

Qualifications:

• BCBA license
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Knowledge of and experience implementing evidence-based ABA techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with ASD

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $140.00 per hour
