As a Medical Assistant at Avance Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care by supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for every patient.
Position Highlights
- Full-time role with 8-hour weekday shifts with no weekends!
- Primarily supports one provider, requiring a flexible and adaptable team player
- Opportunity to contribute in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment

- Comprehensive benefits package available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment
- Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms
- Triage patients as necessary
- Administer vaccines and injections
- Record patient data prior to the physician’s visit
- Assist physicians with exams and a wide variety of procedures
- Administer medications
- Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed
- Maintain proper disinfection protocols
- Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging
- Phone in prescriptions and distribute proper medications as ordered by the provider
