Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families to implement effective behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Your expertise in patient assessment and behavioral health will be essential in developing tailored treatment plans that promote positive behavior changes and enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavioral interventions.
- Stay current with developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst is required.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Ability to perform patient assessments effectively, utilizing data collection methods.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $75.00 - $76.00 per hour
