Prospective employees should be:

-Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

- State licensure as required.

- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
