Job Summary
Nova Counseling Group is seeking caring, insightful, and motivated licensed clinicians to join our growing team. We are located in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country, and have a wide and engaging array of referrals for the right therapist. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient therapy services to adults, children, adolescents, and families, and will have a range of clinical skills. Newly licensed clinicians are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for adults, children, adolescents, and families in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in case management meetings and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with social work practices and coding for therapy services is beneficial.
• Ability to facilitate group therapy sessions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Understanding of special education needs and how they intersect with mental health care is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
