About Job

Solstice Psychology Is Hiring — Are You Our Next Unicorn?

We’re a tight-knit team of women psychologists passionate about working with neurodivergent and trauma-surviving women, girls (11+), gender-diverse individuals, and veterans. We believe in care that’s human, affirming, and grounded in anti-oppressive, neurodiversity-affirming frameworks. If you want to do meaningful clinical work in a setting that values warmth, flexibility, and shared values — keep reading.

What We Stand For

  • Providing affirming care to folks who’ve often been misunderstood or misdiagnosed
  • Creating a clinical home where both clients and clinicians feel supported and valued
  • Collaborating and growing together — because this work is too important to do alone

About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time psychologist (female or woman-identifying) who can skillfully hold space for a 12-year-old girl navigating her brain’s quirks, a veteran managing complex trauma, and women across the lifespan exploring identity, neurodivergence, and healing. This role blends psychological assessments with some optional therapy hours and includes travel (1–2 times per month, fully covered).

  • 50% comprehensive, neurodivergence-affirming assessments (ADHD, autism, learning differences, trauma)
  • 40% disability evaluations for veterans and service members
  • 10% flexible time to focus on what energizes you: therapy, supervision, creative clinical work, or passion projects

What We Offer

  • Salary: commensurate with experience
  • Hybrid schedule: work from our Denver office (near Speer & Zuni) and remotely via SimplePractice
  • Mentorship and consultation to help you grow your skills and confidence
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture that values clinician wellbeing
  • Fully covered travel expenses for out-of-office evaluations

Who You Are

  • A woman-identifying psychologist (PhD or PsyD) licensed in Colorado
  • Passionate about neurodivergence assessment, especially with women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals
  • Aligned with trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care
  • Comfortable working with a diverse clinical population — youth (11+), adults, veterans
  • Open to travel and interested in varied clinical settings

Additional Perks

  • Dedicated time for report writing, consultation, and administrative work
  • Professional development support in assessment, trauma, or other specialties
  • Health insurance contribution, paid holidays, sick leave, short-term disability, and workers’ comp
  • A work environment that centers clinician sustainability and authenticity
