Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

BCBA Program Manager Qualifications & Core Responsibilities
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) & NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required.
- 2+ years of experience as a BCBA with a preference for experience in a clinic setting (or knowledge of the environment)
- Medicaid ID from New York State
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Schedule: 9 AM to 5:00 PM
