One Step Forward is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person ABA supervision and therapy during afternoon and evening hours in Northfield, NJ. Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and write treatment plans
Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs/ABA Therapists
Monitor client progress and update programs as needed
Provide caregiver training and home generalization strategies
Communicate with families and teams to ensure successful implementation

Requirements:
Current BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Experience providing in-home ABA therapy
Availability for after-school hours
