About Job

Social Worker RY Services | Healing Families, Changing Futures Location: Servicing Gila County | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hr

Join Us in Healing Families and Building a Stronger Community

At RY Services, we believe every family deserves hope, healing, and a future. As a Family Case Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—supporting vulnerable families, empowering parents, and helping children thrive.

This is more than a job—it’s a calling. You'll be a change agent in your own community, delivering life-changing support where it matters most: in the home. If you’re someone who finds purpose in lifting others up, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet families in their homes (1–2 times weekly) to coach and uplift parents • Use evidence-based parenting strategies customized to each family’s strengths, culture, and needs • Partner with child welfare teams and service providers to build a network of support • Help parents access vital resources, navigate crises, and develop lasting skills • Keep detailed progress records to celebrate growth and track change

Why This Role Matters:

As a Family Case Manager, you'll work directly with parents overcoming challenges like trauma, substance use, and instability. Your guidance helps families stay together, heal relationships, and build healthier environments for children. Your work is the difference between families breaking apart—and coming back together.

Grow with Us:

We’re committed to your growth too. This role offers hands-on experience in human services, ideal for individuals pursuing careers in social work, counseling, family therapy, or community outreach. You’ll receive:

  • Weekly coaching & professional development • Access to tuition reimbursement • Opportunities to move into leadership or clinical tracks

✅ What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or Associate’s in Behavioral Health, or relevant experience) • 2+ years in child welfare, teaching, or a related human services field • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for advocacy • A valid AZ driver's license, insured vehicle, and clean driving record (no major violations or DUI in the past 5 years) • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) • Tech literacy (Google Workspace, Adobe PDF, and documentation skills)

Perks & Benefits:

  • Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance options • Paid time off and support for work-life balance • Flexible work schedules with remote support meetings • Weekly training and ongoing professional development • Assistance with fuel expenses while traveling to see clients throughout the Valley

If you believe in healing families, strengthening communities, and growing your own future—apply today. Let’s change lives, together.
