Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyse progress data
- Supervise and support RBTs to ensure fidelity of implementation
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure ethical, clinical, and regulatory compliance
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and leading ABA programs
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
