Five Star Home Hospice is an established (+15 years) hospice agency seeking to hire a licensed LVN, RN or Social Worker (MSW) to be our Community Liaison/Marketer. This is a great opportunity for a Nurse or Social Worker to venture into the world of hospice marketing and community outreach. We are a very high quality hospice agency with a great reputation in the community and many distinguishing attributes. Our goal is to bring together a team of highly motivated and professional Healthcare Liaisons/Marketers who share a passion for senior care and healthcare sales/marketing. We are seeking individuals with extensive experience in healthcare sales/marketing (hospice, home health, home care, skilled nursing, pharmaceuticals, ALFs, etc.).

• Job Duties: The candidate will be a field representative for our hospice agency. The ideal candidate must be able to strategize and carry out marketing efforts that will lead to the growth of the hospice program. The position requires extensive networking within the healthcare community and with hospice referral sources (new and existing) with the ultimate goal of generating patient referrals to help the agency grow.
• The Ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships within the healthcare community and with potential hospice referral sources including: Physicians, hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, nursing facilities, assisted living Facilities, etc.
• LVNs and Social Workers are highly encouraged to apply.
