- Front Desk/Scheduling experience; EPIC needed; at least 2+ years experience in high volume environment
Role Description
- Communicating with patients, clinicians, and location team members to discuss needs and/or concerns over the phone.
- Managing all aspects of the scheduling process for patients and team members.
- Maintaining accurate schedules
- Timely and direct communication with patients regarding schedule changes.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
What you will need:
- Experience in customer service or previous experience in medical setting
- Superior phone skills; confident and professional when calling people and being accurate with information.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and a high degree of comfort using various technologies and systems.
- EPIC or EMR experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
