Job Description:
Group Solutions is urgently seeking experienced Group Facilitators with a CADC, LMFT, or AMFT certification to lead group sessions in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facilities across the Greater Los Angeles area, with a focus on the Westside and South Bay. If you’re a skilled and compassionate facilitator dedicated to helping others in their recovery journey, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to support addiction recovery and mental health
• Foster a safe, inclusive space for open discussions and personal growth
• Maintain thorough session documentation as per facility guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active CADC, LMFT, AMFT, or equivalent certification (required)
• Experience in addiction recovery, mental health, or a related field
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
