We are a well-established pediatric neurology clinic serving families across the DFW area. Committed to exceptional patient care, we are expanding our services to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for our pediatric patients. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to children and their families through thoughtful planning, experienced providers, and a focus on whole-child wellness.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our new ABA program. The BCBA will be responsible for clinical oversight, program development, and supervision of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring that every child receives high-quality, individualized care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement personalized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and best practices
  • Conduct initial and ongoing re-assessments (in-person or virtually, per payor guidelines)
  • Hire, train, manage, and supervise a team of BTs and RBTs, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers, clinical teams, and stakeholders to coordinate care and share progress
  • Monitor client outcomes and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Texas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must pass a background check
