Job Duties Include

• Work within clients homes to assist themselves or their family with defining the goals in the least restrictive environment to foster personal growth.
• Develop relationships with family members, become invested in the clients' future and become an advocate for their client
• Work with the client's community service providers, teachers, principals, lawyers, probation officers and psychiatrists
• Provide crisis intervention services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (child and crisis-level services only)
• Track all individualized service plans and paperwork
• Manage paperwork and meeting deadlines
• Attend staff meetings and communicating with supervisors
• Discuss updates, progress and concerns with supervisors on a weekly basis
• Coordinate with community service providers

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with a concentration in psychology, social work, human services, special education or counseling; Masters degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis
• Clean driving record
• Basic computer and documentation skills
