Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. You will work with a diverse population, including individuals with autism, and provide support for a range of behavioral health issues. Duties: - Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans - Provide individual and group therapy sessions - Develop and implement treatment goals and interventions - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation - Utilize evidence-based practices in psychotherapy - Provide counseling services for children and families - Offer addiction counseling for individuals seeking recovery - Conduct Christian counseling for those seeking faith-based support - Provide social work services to address social and environmental factors impacting mental health Experience: - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field - Valid licensure or certification as a Therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) - Experience working with individuals with autism is highly desirable - Proficiency in medical documentation and knowledge of ICD-10 coding - Strong background in psychotherapy techniques and modalities - Familiarity with child and family counseling approaches - Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions - Ability to provide addiction counseling services - Excellent communication skills for individual and group counseling sessions We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications.
