Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + Individual Performance Bonus paid monthly (additional $7,000 - $18,000 per year) + Work-From-Home Days policy!

The $80k–$85k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $85k–$90k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience).
