Preparing Individuals Today for Tomorrow, LLC is looking to hire part-time employees with the option to become full time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and Implement Treatment Behavior Programs to address deficiencies in social skills, language, and education.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians/Direct Therapists to ensure treatment efficacy and treatment integrity.
• Conduct assessments such as Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program, Assessment of Functional Living Skills, Vineland, and Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills.
• Complete Written Progress Reports that identify goals, client’s current progress, teaching strategies.
• Consistent evaluation and implementation of updated treatment strategies, goals, and data as necessary based on the clients’ progress.
• Training therapists/staff in program implementation and data collection method.
• Conduct semi-annual evaluation of team members.
• Communicate\Collaborate\Train all care givers including parents\guardians\teachers\related services\other with regards to clients’ treatment plan to ensure consistent effective treatment.
• Maintaining BCBA certification, continuing education requirements.

Work Location: Services are provided in the home, school, and community settings.

Pay Rate: $65.00 per hour / negotiable
