InTake Care Coordinator – Home Care will conduct home care sales activities and own the referral source development. Follow up on new client inquiries, track potential clients, and manage new client sales process. Hours are Monday through Friday 8a - 5p plus an on call evening. Essential Functions of InTake Care Coordinator – Home Care:
· Inside sales - discuss care with client or loved one looking for care and convert to client.
-Promote and generate leads to the Orlando community within Hospitals, Long-Term Care Facilities, Doctor's Offices, and other senior-focused locations.
· Propose services and institute contractual agreements with clients.
· Communicate information on competitive strategy to agency office staff.
· On call to assist clients and caregivers looking for assistance once a week overnight.
· Intake sales process to engage, convert and retain clients.
· Maintain written documentation relating to all sales activity.
· Participate in developing annual sales goals.
· Coordinate sales activity with all office staff to ensure appropriate follow-up.
Skills of InTake Care Coordinator – Home Care:
· Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.
· Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management.
· Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.
· Competitive mindset to drive results.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and energy.
· Exceptional telephone skills.
· Ability to convert inbound inquiries into appointments.
· Knowledge of common medical terminology.
· Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
· Office and computer skills and organizational abilities (Microsoft Office)
Requirements of InTake Care Coordinator – Home Care:
· 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Home Care, Hospice, or Home Health fields.
· Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related fields.
· Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
