Are you a compassionate Clinician/Therapist-LSW/MSW with a passion for helping those battling substance abuse? We’re looking for a dedicated substance abuse counselor and Clinician/Therapist-LSW/MSW to provide support, guidance, and recovery plans for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Clinicians/Therapists-LSW/MSWs, medical professionals, and mental health specialists in a collaborative setting.
Your Role as a Clinician/Therapist:
Manage all aspects of a case from intake to discharge (biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, collaboration with family/outside providers, discharge planning).
Maintain a caseload of clients, providing individualized care.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, Clinicians/Therapists-LSW/MSWs, and other community resources.
Identify barriers that may interfere with treatment and recovery.
Meet with family members to offer education and support.
Adhere to company policies and uphold a high standard of patient care.
What We're Looking For:
Master’s degree preferred.
Prior experience treating substance abuse disorders.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, Or LMHC Required (Ohio Licensure).
