Bridgeway Therapy Center is seeking a Crisis Stabilization Consultant to provide immediate support to clients and families with complex needs. - Work directly with families, schools, and therapists to create lasting change
- Utilize a trauma-assumed approach to help children thrive in home, school, and community settings
- Collaborate with an incredible multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, mental health professionals, RBT’s, SLPs,PTs,OTS and Music Therapists
- Advocate for children and families while developing individualized crisis treatment plans
- Gain access to professional development, mentorship, and career growth opportunities
- Assess & Intervene – Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop treatment plans
- Support & Train – Provide parent and caregiver coaching and training
- Lead & Collaborate – Supervise RBTs and work closely with other professionals
- Advocate & Empower – Collaborate with families and caregivers and ensure the best possible care for each child
- BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- PFA (Practical Functional Assessment) & SBT (Skills-Based Treatment) experience preferred.
