Bridgeway Therapy Center is seeking a Crisis Stabilization Consultant to provide immediate support to clients and families with complex needs. What You’ll Do:

• Assess & Intervene – Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop treatment plans
• Support & Train – Provide parent and caregiver coaching and training
• Lead & Collaborate – Supervise RBTs and work closely with other professionals
• Advocate & Empower – Collaborate with families and caregivers and ensure the best possible care for each child
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• PFA (Practical Functional Assessment) & SBT (Skills-Based Treatment) experience preferred.
