We're seeking a Licensed therapist(all levels of licensure encouraged to apply) who is excited to grow and serve clients in a group private practice environment, free from the typical administrative headaches that accompany managing a private practice caseload.

We offer therapy services for adults, adolescents, couples, children, and families. We're committed to providing the highest quality mental health services in a supportive and inclusive environment where both our clients and team members can flourish.

You’ll have the flexibility to choose the hours you work within a structure that will keep you happy. We offer an energetic collegial atmosphere, training, a strong referral base, complete administrative support, and supervision to make sure you enhance and continue to grow your clinical practice.

* Evenings and weekend availability is a must for this position. 15-20 hours a week with opportunities to grow to full time

What You’ll Do:

Empower Clients: Help clients uncover root causes of their struggles and build lasting coping strategies through therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.(Virtually and In person)
Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

If you're a licensed therapist who shares our passion for deep, transformative work, we want to connect with you. We're looking for someone who:

Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid clinical license in Texas Psychologist (Psy.D/Ph.D), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
Experience & Expertise: Has experience providing therapy for clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or relationship issues *Must practice from a trauma focused lens.*
Compassion & Empathy: Believes in active, engaged therapeutic approaches and values authentic connection and isn't afraid to bring their whole self to their work
Eager to Learn & Willingness to be Trained: Devotion to grow and learn EFT and IFS skills.
Couples and Individual Therapy: Clinician must have a strong desire to work with both individuals and couples.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.Shares our commitment to helping clients uncover root causes, not just manage symptoms
Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and knowledge of Jane App is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $72,480.00 - $76,424.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Benefits:
