Duties

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address client needs.
Utilize inside sales techniques to promote counseling services and programs.
Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
Demonstrate products and services through engaging product demos.
Engage in direct sales activities to attract new clients within the designated territory.
Analyze client feedback and outcomes to improve service delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective counseling strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and outcomes effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Previous experience in counseling or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
