Since 1956, we have been a trusted advocate for children and families impacted by trauma, offering comprehensive care through mental health counseling, forensic interviews, case management, and recovery support.

This model enhances mental health and substance use treatment by integrating crisis response, primary care coordination, and whole-person care, ensuring that individuals of all ages—regardless of financial situation—has access to timely, high-quality behavioral health services.

Required:

1. HS Diploma/GED Equivalent, plus a minimum of six (6) years of experience working in individual, family and children’s behavioral health services and experience working with abused, neglected and traumatized children, adults and/or families.

OR

2. Associate’s degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field plus a minimum of four (4) years of experience working in individual, family and children’s behavioral health services and experience working with abused, neglected, and traumatized children, adults and/or families.

OR

3. Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field with minimum of two (2) years of experience working in individual, family and children’s behavioral health services and experience working with abused, neglected, and traumatized children, adults and/or families.

OR

4. Master’s degree in social services with minimum of one (1) year of experience working in individual, family and children’s behavioral health services and experience working with abused, neglected, and traumatized children, adults and/or families.

Preferred:

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

What will I do as a Wraparound Facilitator with All Faiths?

Using high fidelity Wraparound values, principles and practices, the Wraparound Facilitator provides intensive, supportive interventions for identified families. Such interventions include running team meetings, coordinating care with other agencies, developing and utilizing informal and formal supports, identifying and making use of family strengths, etc. The ultimate goal of the NM Wraparound Program is to help the child/youth and family realize their vision and increase their autonomy from formal systems.
