All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center (AFCAC) is expanding services and seeking passionate Client Assessment Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team.

We are becoming a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) — offering comprehensive, trauma-informed care to children and families across our community.

We’re Hiring For:

  • Full-time and Part-time positions
  • PRN opportunities — just 2 assessments per week minimum!

What You'll Do:

  • Complete timely trauma-informed assessments for new clients
  • Conduct risk and safety evaluations
  • Create diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client handoffs and ongoing care

Requirements:

Required:

  • Active NM license: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Training in trauma-informed care, strength-based assessment, motivational interviewing
  • Experience with clinical assessments and treatment planning

Skills & Tools:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and Telehealth platforms
  • Understanding of community behavioral health systems
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for work
