- LICSW, LMHC leads operations of a home with 20 beds
- LICSW, LMHC oversees 2 therapists and two case managers
- LICSW, LMHC reports to collaborative Program Director
- Residential House is staffed 24 hours a day with trained professionals
- Program supports Medicaid patients working to step down to outpatient services
- LICSW, LMHC ensures regulatory & organizational policies and procedures
- LICSW, LMHC reports on key metrics such as occupancy, staff levels
- Clinical Director participates in weekly meetings with Chief Medical Officer
- Clinical Director meets with NPs, LPNs, Recovery Specialists, and Therapists
- LICSW, LMHC oversees the admissions process
- Master’s Degree
- LICSW or LMHC License
- Ability to commute to Marlborough, MA 01702
- 2+ years’ experience in co-occurring SUD / Mental Health
- Ability to Supervise
- Collaborative Leadership
- On-Call one week per month
- $90,000 – $105,000
- Retention Bonus @ 6 months 5K and generous increase at 1 year
