We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and qualified Therapeutic Monitors to join our team. Through these services, you will provide guidance and education to parents during their supervised parenting time. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Supervised and Therapeutic Monitoring: Facilitate visitation between separated or divorced parents and their children, ensuring compliance with court orders and Angels Monitoring supervision policies. Throughout these visits, as a therapeutic supervised monitor, you will also offer guidance and education to the monitored parent, as necessary, promoting a safe and positive visit experience for the family.
  • Provide safe, no contact exchanges between parents: Facilitate monitored, safe, no contact exchanges at the beginning and end of each visit, ensuring a safe and low stress experience for all parties.
  • Complete Detailed Reports: Record and submit thorough, objective reports for every monitored visit, documenting essential information for the families and courts.
  • Support Families in Crisis: Handle emotionally challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and a child-focused approach.
  • Ensure Consistency and Safety: Be a dependable presence for families, ensuring visits take place as scheduled and in a safe, low-conflict environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Must hold a Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Family Therapy, Arts in Human Services, Mental Health, Education or similar to qualify for Therapeutic Monitoring roles.
  • Availability: Weekend and after-school availability are essential. Most shifts will occur on weekends or late afternoons/evenings during the week.
  • Background: Must be 21 or older, pass an extensive background check, and possess or obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
  • Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record for the past 7 years (No DUIs) and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Pay Structure

  • Supervised Monitoring: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
  • Therapeutic Monitoring: $30.00 per hour

(This applies to Master’s level candidates. )

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in social work, psychology, family therapy, security, education, parole, or childcare. However, if you are reliable, timely, and passionate about helping children, we encourage you to apply.

  • Punctuality & Reliability: Consistency is key—families rely on you to show up on time. Late or missed visits can disrupt the children’s lives and overall progress.
