Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health and substance abuse services to individuals and families, utilizing their expertise in social work to promote well-being and enhance the quality of life for clients. This role requires a strong commitment to client care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care
• Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing necessary resources
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Experience

• Current licensure as a Social Worker (LSW)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is preferred
• Familiarity with child welfare systems and services
• Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques
• Experience in mentoring or training other social work professionals is a plus
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance to other social workers
