- Schedule service appointments while following customer-specific procedures
- Coordinate directly with technicians to relay service ticket details and obtain ETAs
- Track parts, provide updates to technicians, and help ensure timely job completion
- Update internal systems and close tickets once services are complete
- Troubleshoot minor issues and provide responsive customer support via phone, email, and online portals
- Experience in dispatch, inside sales, or customer service coordination
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with multiple software systems
- Ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible when schedules or priorities shift
- Excellent follow-through and communication skills
