T&K Innovators serves the Central Valley and Los Angeles.Position Overview The Remote BCBA position at T&K Innovators is crucial in ensuring that consultants meet their service hour targets and uphold the highest behavior analysis and crisis management standards. You will provide supervision and individualized mentoring and feedback. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction at T&K Innovators, thereby contributing to our organization's reputation and client relationships. He/she must exemplify and uphold T&K Innovators' purpose, vision, core values, and accountabilities.Consultants Performance Management: Ensure consultants achieve service hour targets for behavior and crisis consulting.Coaching, Training, and Development of Consultants: Supervise and provide ongoing feedback to ensure timely, high-quality client service, consistent performance, and adherence to company standards.Customer Relationship Management and Onsite Support: Promptly resolve issues, and utilize feedback to improve consultant performance and service quality. Observe and provide feedback regarding interactions between consultants and clients during onsite visits, ensuring that the services meet the established standards.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS for this position
- (REQUIRED) Master’s degree
- (REQUIRED) BCBA Certification
- Additional certifications in supervisory or management roles may be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior analysis, crisis management, or a related field, with at least one year in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to consultants.
