About Job
B&B Therapy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic child and adolescent therapist who values both independent work and being part of a supportive, collaborative team. If you hold a current license (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) and are looking to join a growing practice that values connection, creativity, work-life balance, good snacks, and funny memes, we might be a good fit for you!
At B&B Therapy, you’ll have the flexibility to design your own schedule and the freedom to bring your unique style and creativity to your sessions. We believe therapy should be engaging and meaningful—not only for clients but for therapists as well.

We pride ourselves on cultivating a team culture where ideas are shared openly, support is always available, and professional growth is encouraged.
