Blue Gems ABA Therapy provides therapy services for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The highly experienced BCBAs and therapists at Blue Gems ABA Therapy work closely with each child and family to design a comprehensive treatment program.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Blue Gems ABA Therapy located in Charlotte, NC. (or anywhere throughout NC) The role involves day-to-day tasks such as behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis, parent education, and behavior management.

Qualifications

• NC LBA
• Parent Education and Psychology skills
• Experience in Behavior Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
